Awards Ceremony
We will have an awards ceremony after the last round on Saturday evening.
Stoa policy requires all competitors to attend the awards ceremony in tournament attire. Please make sure you abide by this rule.
Ballots will be distributed after awards to your club coach or a representative of your club. Someone must be present to receive your ballots.
National Ranking
This will be a Stoa tournament and will provide the necessary prerequisites for competitors to earn points and an invitation to NITOC. In other words, you can earn checkmarks on Speechranks by doing well at the River City Rumble! We will have one non-qualifying event of Novice Apologetics which will not receive checkmarks to NITOC.
